4 these past few days...bala telah menimpa...what is it???demam+sakit tekak+MAJOR BALA...SELESEMA..agak menyampah bila 3 fav 'signs' coming at you...the first thing yang diri sndr x leh wat ialah
1. minum ais...
i REALLY LIKE ice...so..it's kind of sacrifice 4 tekak la...x dpt drink ice 4 a 1 week? @a few days..so minumla ayer masak bebnyk...
2.no more MCD...
i LOOVVEEE...MCD....y???bcuz mengenyangkan...+ air coke and fries...ahhh..heaven....bile tekak da meragam cmnih..so Mcd..??have 2 puasela....cheh....
3.makan ape p0n x rse paper..
that's true...even tekak tgh perit thp gaban or demam yg kjap seram sejuk pnas rse nk bukak baju...still hidang makanan thp hotel punyer p0n rse mcm mkn nestum budak2...lgla kalo minum air...no wonderla my sis nk air berperissa mse die kene demam dlu..~~
4.x leh kua jln2..
hhhhuuuuuuuuuuuuu..time nihla nangis bagai nk rak...bile da demam cmnih...mood nk kua..ROSAK...bdn rse melayang jer...and then mesti x have fun..dngn nk sumbat je idung ngn tisu 24/7...nak baring..and many more...running nose totally bugged you until you feel like to smash something..hahahahaah...
SO UNTUK MEMPERCEPATAN PEMULIHAN ANDA DALAM DEMAM+SAKIT TEKAK+SELESEMA.....
1.makan ubat...
take your pills girl..!!!!kalo nk cpat sihat take pills and mesti amik ikot dose yg telah ditetapkan..and remember..please mkn ikut time(that's for me..XD)hahahah..i know..not many people like pills...but they rather like the liquid one...but remember..yg paling better ialah pills sbb die larut dngn cpat dlm badan....
2.minum air masak bnyk2...
sbnrnyer my mum suruh kumur air garam..but nah...x nak..better air masak...yg suam..NOT THE COLD ONES..huhuhuhuhu...minum air masak bnyk2..and the temperature soon will be decrease..k???
3.rehatkan diri...
this is important...take a rest and please..stop depress yourself..rehatkan badan dan tidur secukupnya*my fav things to do..hehehhehe
so inilah yg sy wat when im getting fever, sore throat and running nose..it's uncomfortable but blame yourself..spe suruh minum ais bagai nak rak..???ahhahahahhahahahah..dush..dush..dush...
